According to Apple’s previous lawsuit settlement agreement with Qualcomm, the two parties have signed a six-year contract for the use of Qualcomm’s baseband chips, which will expire in mid-2024. The US ITC document also shows that Apple and Qualcomm will cooperate on baseband chips at least until May 2024. The main products are Qualcomm’s “X55”, “X65” and “X70” products.

According to reports, after the expiration of the contract between Apple and Qualcomm, Apple will begin to use its own 5G baseband, and related chips will also be produced by TSMC.
