Samsung releases the first 8K TV that supports Wi-Fi 6E with MediaTek chip

On April 8th, MediaTek’s official Weibo announced that MediaTek and Samsung have launched the first 8K QLED smart TV that supports Wi-Fi 6E-Samsung 8K QLED Y21. The extra E in Wi-Fi 6E represents the meaning of “Extended”. The TV has a built-in MediaTek MT7921AU chipset and supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 connections.
