App Store adds “Tab” quick search feature

There are already more than 2 million apps on the App Store. In order to make it easier for users to search, Apple is testing the “Tab” quick search feature to make the search results more accurate. In recent weeks, when some iPhone users use the App Store to search for “photos” or “wallpapers,” related tags will appear at the top. For example, after searching for “photo”, the photo at the top will display “Editor” or “Save”.

After clicking the label, the search results will also change, and the corresponding application will be given. At present, the App Store label function is only available to some users of the App Store in the US, and most of the users who can experience this feature are running the iOS 14.5 beta.

It is mentioned on the Apple website that 70% of App Store users find apps through search, so the search tag feature will be convenient for users to use.
