Last month, the Redmi Note 10 series landed in the Indian market and launched a total of three models: Note 10, Note 10 Pro and Note 10 Pro Max. Compared with the previous generation, the Redmi Note 10 series has brought a significant upgrade, the AMOLED screen is introduced to the Note series for the first time, and the maximum refresh rate can reach 120Hz.
However, after the launch, many Indian users reported that the Redmi Note 10 series had touch problems. Some users have reported that when the 120Hz refresh rate is turned on, the Redmi Note 10 Pro will have the problem of screen flickering. This problem is especially noticeable in dark mode.

Citing a report by Indian Express, a local Indian media, Xiaomi officially admitted that some users did have this problem, but the proportion of affected users in all Note 10 series user groups was less than 0.001%.

The company said in a statement: “We admit that a small number of users have encountered these problems on Redmi Note 10 Pro. However, the number of users reporting problems is less than 0.001% of the total users of the Note 10 series. We are working hard to find a solution as soon as possible. As a firm brand, our effort is to continue to meet consumer expectations.
Our equipment undergoes rigorous testing and 10 quality inspections to ensure that it reaches the highest quality standards. We are prioritizing the investigation of this matter and giving consumers I regret the inconvenience caused.”
