Windows 10 KB5001391 is a non-secure cumulative update. After installation, the version number is increased to Build 19042.964. Devices that meet the upgrade criteria check for updates in Windows Update and should receive the “2021-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 20H2 for 64-bit Systems”.
