Apple announced today that the App Store now provides search suggestions. This new feature is designed to allow users to easily find what they are looking for when they are looking for new applications or games. When users start typing a new search term, users will see search suggestions. So, for example, if the user enters “game”, the user will see specific categories that can be added, such as “puzzle”, “multiplayer”, “kids”, “offline” and other options.

When the user clicks on one of them, such as “puzzle”, the user can go further through options such as “puzzle” or “word”, so even if the user does not know what they are looking for, they can find a specific type of content.

Search suggestions were previously provided to some users as part of the test, but Apple said the feature was officially launched today in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
