Do you use two phones, both connected to a SIM card? You may use WhatsApp for both private and business use with separate accounts. In that case, it is normally only possible to use only one of the two accounts on your computer.
Yet we at RMC are more aware of a way to get around that problem, thanks to the incognito mode of Google Chrome or other browsers. When you open an incognito window, you create a separate browsing session and your activity is not saved on your device. Next, we will use WhatsApp Web, which is the version of WhatsApp that works directly from the browser.
That is how it works
In one regular tab, you use your first WhatsApp account, and the second tab is for the other account. We explain how it works below.

Roadmap
- Open WhatsApp on your first phone
- Press the menu with the three dots at the top right and choose WhatsApp Web
- Select Pair a device and confirm with your fingerprint
- On your PC, open web.whatsapp.com
- Scan the QR code with your phone and WhatsApp Web will start
- Open WhatsApp on your second phone
- Press the menu with the three dots at the top right and choose WhatsApp Web
- Select Pair a device and confirm with your fingerprint
- On your Chrome PC, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and choose New Incognito Window
- In the address bar of the new window, type web.whatsapp.com and hit the Enter key
- Scan the QR code with your phone and WhatsApp Web will start in the second window
