Today, a research report released by Strategy Analytics shows that in the first quarter of 2021, the top five global tablet market shares by manufacturers are: Apple (36.7%), Samsung (18.1%), Amazon (8.3%), Lenovo (8.2%), Huawei (4.4%).
The report points out that Apple, Samsung, Lenovo and Amazon will perform strongly in Q1 2021. This is because the epidemic has re-changed the way consumers spend their time and where they work. After years of productivity upgrades, tablets are now able to meet this demand.

“The performance of Apple’s iPad last quarter was very strong, but many of its Android competitors, such as Samsung, Lenovo and Amazon, also performed well.” Strategy Analytics industry analyst Chirag Upadhyay said, “Although the demand for laptops is still hot, Microsoft, Lenovo, Hewlett-Packard and Dell’s Windows detachable devices are still growing again.”
