Four lawsuits against Cyberpunk 2077 merged into one large lawsuit

Recently, CDPR announced new news about the ongoing Cyberpunk 2077 lawsuit. CDPR stated: The court has merged four lawsuits against Cyberpunk 2077 and appointed a lead plaintiff. After the merger, all lawsuits will be affected by potential ordinary court proceedings.

Two of these lawsuits were reported in detail in December 2020 and January 2021. They were lawsuits filed by investors against CDPR. They claimed to have been misled regarding the status and playability of the previous console version of Cyberpunk 2077. The other two lawsuits were not detailed in the CDPR article. Considering that they were merged, it is estimated that there is similar content.

CDPR said in January that they would “actively defend themselves in class actions and oppose any such allegations.” Previously, CDPR announced its 2020 financial report, with revenue of nearly 3.6 billion yuan.
