According to the VGC, former Activision Call of Duty general manager Byron Beede recently joined EA as the senior vice president and general manager of Battlefield and will lead the Battlefield series of games.
EA said that the addition of Byron Beede will help the long-term growth of the Battlefield series. Byron Beede had served as Marvel’s global brand management director and later joined Activision in 2009 as the executive vice president and general manager of Destiny and the executive vice president and general manager of the Call of Duty series.
