Apple released a new firmware update on V1A276D for AirTag

One month after AirTag went on sale, Apple has now released the latest firmware update with version number 1A276D. This firmware update focuses on optimizing privacy, changing the warning from 3 days after leaving the owner to 8-24 hours to avoid the security problem of the tracked person being tracked without their knowledge.

  • Go to the “Items” tab and select AirTag
  • Simply click on your AirTag, the serial number and firmware version will be displayed.
