You can search for commands/contents by voice in Office

For Windows users on the Beta channel, today Microsoft released a new Office Insider Preview Build 14228.20044 (Beta Channel). In addition to fixing a series of problems, this update also introduces two useful new features.

  • The Read-Aloud application in Word and Outlook is a very useful function for authors and readers. Whether you use it to “proofread” documents or emails you drafted to find errors, or just to give your eyes a break, Read Aloud now has a more natural sound to improve the listening experience.
  • To access this feature, click the Read Aloud button (it can be found on the Messages tab in Outlook and the Review tab in Word). To switch between different voice options, select the settings icon in the upper-right corner of the message or document, and click the voice selection drop-down menu. Note: You must be connected to the Internet to use this feature).

Suitable for Word–Search using voice

  • In many productivity applications, the use of voice to complete tasks is becoming more and more common. To use this feature, click the microphone icon in the search bar at the top of the Word document, and then speak your search criteria.
