August 11 during the Unpacked there will be the official presentation of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G. Well, a few days after the launch, we have what is defined as the complete technical data sheet of the smartphone.
The main element of the phone is obviously the display: this year Samsung would have focused on two 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED displays (the external one) with a resolution of 2268 x 832 pixels and one of 7.6 inches (the internal one) with a resolution of 2208 x 1768 pixels. Both panels, in addition to being able to count on the protection offered by Gorilla Glass Victus, would have a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The hinge, another characteristic element of the series, would have been enormously improved compared to past generations, guaranteeing up to 200 thousand openings/closings before showing the first signs of failure. In all probability, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 will be the smartphone processor with 12 GB of RAM and 256/512 GB of internal storage space, in this case possibly not expandable via microSD. Complete, as always, connectivity with Wi-Fi 6 support, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, 5G connectivity and USB Type-C port. Full support for the S Pen, Dolby Atmos stereo speaker, IPX8 certification and wireless charging is expected.
Moving on to the photographic component, there are those who bet in the presence of five cameras in total. On the back, Samsung plans to target three 12MP sensors, while two 4MP cameras with f/1.8 aperture should be placed inside. From well 4400 mAh it would be the battery with support for fast charging, while as OS we are talking about Android 11 with the One UI 3.1. The price, yet to be confirmed, would start from 1899 euros.
