Yahoo this week launched the latest update for its iPhone and iPad mail applications. This version brings support for M1 Mac for seamless and fast speed. Yahoo announced the news in a press release, detailing the Yahoo Mail version 6.36 application that supports M1 Mac. The following are some of the features of the application landing on Apple’s Silicon Mac.
The Yahoo Mail app is now available for Macs that support M1! This is the best way to experience email on a Mac and includes amazing features you like, such as:
- Easily unsubscribe. See your mailing list in one place, click to opt-out.
- Quick Reply. Respond to emails quickly. Based on the email you received, get 3 short suggestions powered by artificial intelligence.
- Custom notifications. Only receive reminders from emails you care about.
It is worth noting that the Yahoo Mail application has not been updated on the Intel version of Mac, only the M1 Mac device has been updated. Yahoo Mail for iPhone, iPad and M1 Mac can be downloaded for free from the App Store. In the Mac App Store listing, the application did indeed appear as designed for iPad.
