As we reported, Take-Two has deleted many popular mods such as GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas. Not only that, Take-Two is currently trying to remove a reverse engineering project for GTA 3 and Vice City. Although Take Two has achieved initial results in some respects, its GitHub download page was restored after being taken down.
Take Two has filed a lawsuit against the team behind it, and it submitted relevant litigation materials to the local court in San Francisco on September 2. Take Two pointed out in the lawsuit that the team violated the relevant user agreement, which explicitly prohibits players from reverse engineering the game, but this game user agreement seems to only apply to players who buy and play the game.
