Pixel 6 widget in Google’s Instagram post hints at the launch date, October 19

According to the latest reports, Google recently released a promotional video for the upcoming Pixel 6 smartphone before its official launch event. Although the company wants everyone to fully understand its upcoming smartphones, it does not want to reveal the exact release date so early.

Fortunately, Google’s latest official Instagram post may contain enough information to reveal the release date of the Pixel 6. The date on the Pixel 6 clock widget in the photo says Tuesday 19th. And if you look down on the calendar, you will find that Tuesday happens to be October 19th. So it is very likely that Google Pixel 6 will be officially listed on October 19.

Previously, Google has confirmed that Pixel 6 will be available in the fall of 2021. Therefore, if Google does not postpone the launch event, users will get this phone in October. According to the news, the body size of the Google Pixel 6 Pro is approximately 163.9 x 75.8 x 8.9 mm (if you take into account the protrusion of the camera, the thickness is 11.5 mm).

This smartphone uses a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with a hole in the middle of the top. It is not yet known whether the display will support a high refresh rate. This will be the first smartphone powered by Google’s self-developed Tensor chip and 8GB of RAM.

Speaking of cameras, Google Pixel 6 Pro uses a three-camera setup, a main wide-angle camera, a periscope telephoto camera, and an unknown camera, all of which are equipped with LED flashes. The camera module also includes several sensors, and we have no specific information in this regard. Other features include dual stereo speakers and wireless charging.
