According to the latest reports, when Apple released iOS 15, iPadOS 15, tvOS 15, and watchOS 8, it also updated its iCloud.com website and introduced a new look for iCloud mail that can be browsed online. The new web-based iCloudMail design looks similar to the mail application on devices running iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and macOS Monterey beta.
Compared with the previous iCloud mail application, its appearance is simpler and smoother, but its functions are basically the same. The colors are lighter, the fonts are updated, and there is a smaller window for composing emails, which takes up less space.
Apple introduced a new iCloudMail design during the iOS 15beta test. Previously, the design was limited to the beta.icloud.com website, but it has now been published on the iCloud.com main website. Apple today also enabled the Hide My Email and Custom Email Domain functions on the iCloud.com main website.
The hide my email design allows users to create a one-time email and forward it to the main email address. With this feature, users can create different email addresses for different websites and then disable these addresses when spam starts to arrive.
The design of a custom email domain name allows customers to use their own custom email address iCloudMail function. The domain name record needs to be updated with Apple’s settings, so you need to visit the domain registrar.
All these new features can be accessed by logging into the iCloud.com website. The Custom Email Domain and Hide My Email functions can be accessed by clicking on your name and selecting Settings.
