Bloomberg: iPhone 14 will be completely redesigned

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman gave the Apple iPhone 14 series forecast in the Power On program. Gurman said that both the entry-level and Pro models of the iPhone 14 will be completely redesigned. The appearance of this year’s iPhone 13 series is not much different from last year’s iPhone 12 series, which means that Apple engineers are working hard to develop the iPhone 14, which has changed a lot.

Previously, Tianfeng International Teacher Guo predicted that Apple will remove the bangs on the iPhone 14 Pro in 2022 and adopt a perforated screen design, similar to many high-end Android phones today. Jon Prosser also mentioned the perforated screen design and claimed to have seen the prototype photos of the iPhone 14 Pro Max without bangs.

For next year’s iPhone 14 series, Apple will no longer provide iPhone 14 mini but will launch a brand new iPhone 14 Max. This means that the iPhone 14 product line still has four models: iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, and two Pro model phones.

Regarding the under-screen touch ID, Mr. Guo said that Apple has not yet decided whether to use this technology on the 2022 iPhone.
