Blizzard was sued by the US Equal Employment Commission for alleged discrimination

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sued Activision Blizzard, which believed that there was widespread harassment and discrimination in Activision Blizzard. The US Equal Employment Commission spent three years investigating Activision Blizzard and finally filed a complaint in a California court on Monday.

US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission wants the court to issue an order forcing Activision to correct illegal behavior and compensation for employees subject to discrimination or retaliation. According to reports, Activision Blizzard is negotiating with the U.S. Equal Employment Commission and said it will continue to negotiate with the U.S. Equal Employment Commission.

In September 2018, the U.S. Equal Employment Commission began investigating Activision Blizzard. On June 15 this year, it notified Activision Blizzard of its findings, and the two parties started reconciliation negotiations. Accepted the settlement agreement, and then decided to sue.
