The US Equal Employment Commission spent three years investigating Activision Blizzard and finally filed a complaint in a California court on Monday.

In September 2018, the U.S. Equal Employment Commission began investigating Activision Blizzard. On June 15 this year, it notified Activision Blizzard of its findings, and the two parties started reconciliation negotiations. Accepted the settlement agreement, and then decided to sue.
