Google is adjusting and optimizing the appearance of Chrome to make it more in line with the visual aesthetics of the Windows 11 system. According to a new patch on Chromium Gerrit, Google is working hard to make their menus Windows 11 style when running on the new operating system.
In addition to rounded corners, it is unclear what Windows 11 style means, but other elements may include Mica transparency effects and Windows 11 style icons, as seen on the Edge browser. It is unclear how long we will have to wait to see these changes appear in the stable branch of the Chromium browser.
