After the release of the OnePlus Buds Pro in India, OnePlus plans to launch a new true wireless stereo (TWS) headset-OnePlus Buds Z2 TWS in October. The headset will be the successor to the OnePlus Buds Z launched in October last year. Before its official release, some media has managed to obtain two-color pictures and detailed specifications.
The upcoming Buds Z2 TWS will be available in two colors, including Day White and Night Black. It is worth noting that the upcoming earbuds look similar to OnePlus Buds Z TWS, which means that there will be no major changes.
However, the ear tips of foreign media will have a slight angle so that they can give you a better or more comfortable fit. Z2 TWS earplugs will also adopt an in-ear design with silicone earplugs. OnePlus Buds Z2 will have an IP55 waterproof and IPX4 sweatproof charging case.
It will have a Type-C charging box, Bluetooth 5.2 connection, and an operating range of 10 meters. However, the charging box does not support wireless charging. OnePlus Buds Z2 can be used continuously for 7 hours under a full charge and can reach 38 hours under the use of a charging case, and a full charge takes 90 minutes. In addition, it is expected that the TWS headset will have 3 microphones and active noise reduction.
