This OxygenOS version users facing WhatsApp unusable problem

OnePlus is one of the leading smartphone maker companies that is well-known for its outstanding and remarkable products. We know that OnePlus phones come with a pre-installed Android latest version. According to the latest information, Android 11 based OxygenOS 11 making WhatsApp an unusable problem.

OnePlus also said it would roll out the update to the OnePlus 6 and 6T, making Android 11 the third platform update for these phones. After switching to OxygenOS 11 on the OnePlus 6T, a family member was unable to download any media from WhatsApp — including older photos and videos that are already stored on the phone — so I asked them to back up to Google Drive, uninstall the app, and start over reports Android Central.

As per the user, when getting the chat history backup to Google Drive it makes users fail that process. Some users tried to reset and use the last local backup from three days ago. This also didn’t solve the issue, as they’re unable to download media even after starting from scratch.  The officials have not mentioned any official statement yet, but we will soon get a new update or information regarding the same matter. So, stay tuned for more.
