Google Stadia is about to start its third year on the market and one of the most recent and interesting news for the platform has been the arrival of free trials. After debuting the feature with Hello Engineer, Google’s streaming game service in recent days has extended free trials to Control: Ultimate Edition and to Riders, Republic just released by Ubisoft.

These two games add to the list of free trial titles available without any form of payment or even a Stadia account. While the free trial of Control: Ultimate Edition is limited to 30 minutes, the Riders Republic demo is much more generous as it lasts a full 2 hours, which is more than enough time to complete the installation, tutorials and get yourself an ‘ idea if the title is worth buying.

In addition, this free trial on Stadia offers the advantage of being able to save your progress and goals in case you want to continue playing by creating a Stadia account and purchasing the game at full price. Google is advertising this offer on the Stadia Store with a prominent banner informing that Ubisoft’s game is available with a 120-minute free trial.
