Microsoft has released the Build 14630.20000 preview update for Windows users on the Beta channel of the Office Insider program. The new version adds a new accessibility area to PowerPoint to make PPT available to people with disabilities. The update also includes a large number of bug fixes. PowerPoint:
- Accessibility area: Accessibility features allow people with disabilities to better access PPT. The new accessibility feature area in PowerPoint can help users gather all the tools they need in one place. To open the Accessibility feature area, click Check accessibility in the Review tab.
- Fixed the following issue: Turning off the Save As the operation of automatic save saves the changes to the original cloud file instead of creating a new version.
Excel:
- Fixed an issue where when adding Excel, Word, or PowerPoint embedded objects to an Excel file, if the source file comes from a OneDrive location and the file name contains HTML-encoded characters, the original icon of the application cannot be displayed correctly.
- Fixed an issue where custom names of dynamic arrays could not be used.
- Fixed an issue where the text in Excel cells could not be seen in the real-time preview in some cases.
- Fixed an issue where switching worksheets may cause the worksheet tabs to not be displayed correctly.
- Fixed a visual glitch when clicking and dragging to select a series of cells.

Outlook:
- Fixed a calendar issue encountered when performing a full synchronization.
- Fixed an issue where an error would occur due to network connection testing when saving Outlook messages to the SharePoint document library.
- Fixed the LDAP address book search error generated when there are two LDAP address books from different domains.
Word:
- Fixed an issue where writing comments in mixed languages (such as English and Hebrew) would cause the word order to appear incorrectly.
- Fixed the URL problem, if the length of the link exceeds the specific character limit, the link cannot be opened.
- Fixed an issue where the zoom level persisted when restarting and opening documents saved at different zoom levels.
- Fixed an issue related to the page width when the comment pane is closed when the page width zoom is selected.
- Fixed an issue where anchor highlighting would not be removed from modern comments when the cursor is moved away.
- Fixed an issue where Word became unresponsive when selecting and right-clicking a content control that was locked to prevent deletion.
Project:
- Fixed the problem that the pasted link would not be updated as the information in the project changed.
Office Suite:
- Fixed an issue where Excel could not open workbooks opened from using application protection.
