Samsung Galaxy S22 has three additional models or Snapdragon 898 version

Earlier, it was revealed that Samsung will use the Exynos 2200 chipset with integrated AMD GPU for the Galaxy S22 series of smartphones. However, according to South Korean YouTuber and former Samsung employee Super Roader, Samsung intends to equip all Galaxy S22 models around the world with Qualcomm SoC. In addition, Dutch technology blog LetsGoDigital pointed out that the three additional models that have emerged recently hint at the Snapdragon SoC models that the Galaxy S22 series will use.

Regarding the fact that Samsung is developing the Galaxy S22 with Exynos chips, which was marked by many as false, Super Roader explained that the company has only recently decided to stop using Exynos chips on the Galaxy S22 series. According to it, Samsung did consider equipping the Galaxy S22 with an Exynos chip at first, but only a “limited group” was informed of the latest decision, and we were able to find clues in various benchmark equipment and documents.

Over time, more revelations about the Galaxy S22 began to surface on the Internet. Based on the previously known models, Michel Groenheijde discovered three new SKUs yesterday. GalaxyClub reported that Samsung is suspected to be developing new Galaxy S22 models equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 898 flagship SoC-including SM-S901E, SM906E and SM-S908E, and seems to be focusing on the Asian and African markets.
