Battlefield 2042 will not support in-game voice at launch

When Battlefield 2042 is released, players will not be able to communicate with each other through in-game voice chat. According to game community manager Kevin Totalfps Johnson, after the game is officially released on November 19, there will be no voice chat system in the game.

Johnson suggests that before adding this feature, players should use third-party applications on the PC, and host players can use team chat on Xbox and PlayStation. The developers of Battlefield 2042 plan to update the game via in-game voice chat shortly after its release.

Although for the normal mode of Battlefield 2042, this is not a particularly important feature. But this time, the latest mode of Battlefield 204 Dangerous Zone is in great need of this function. This mode is similar to Escape from Tarkov.
