Briefing Emails on the Microsoft Viva platform will support more languages soon

Microsoft Viva is an employee experience platform that integrates communication, knowledge, learning, resources, and insights into the workflow. Viva is supported by Microsoft 365 and provides experience through Microsoft Teams. It fosters a corporate culture that enables employees and teams to perform at their best in any location.

Microsoft Viva provides a daily newsletter email to help users start their day, prepare for upcoming meetings, follow up unfinished tasks, and protect time for independent work. The customized email is only available to end-users; no administrator or manager can see another person’s newsletter email. All data is stored in the user’s mailbox.

Currently, newsletter emails are available in English and Spanish for Microsoft 365 enterprise users with Exchange Online mailboxes. In June 2021, Microsoft announced the expansion of support for Exchange Online mailboxes in French, German, Italian, and Portuguese, and it is scheduled to start in November.
