Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO plans to launch several AIoT products in 2022. In addition to the previously rumored POCO Pop Buds TWS and a smart watch, there is also evidence recently that the brand will launch its first laptop. Recently, Redmi G series laptop batteries have passed the certification of India BIS.

As can be seen from the picture above, the Redmi G series laptop battery (build number G16B01W) was recently listed on the BIS, but the battery will be used under the POCO brand. The technical specifications of the battery show that it is a 3620mAh battery (15.2V, 55.02Wh). This is a replacement battery for Redmi G and Redmi G gaming notebooks.

We can expect a 16.1-inch 144Hz refresh rate display, an 11th-generation Intel Core i5/Ryzen 7 5800 processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, and of course the 55Wh battery that we have found.
