However, the internal testers of the Windows 11 Dev channel may encounter an error bug when they try to update to this latest version. Some internal testers may encounter an error bug (800F0823 error displayed in the update history) when trying to install the cumulative update. Then try to install the cumulative update again, and it is expected to complete successfully.
