Galaxy S21 FE Indian version chipset and storage configuration leaked

It is rumored that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S21 Fan Edition smartphone on January 4, 2022, and will go on sale on January 11 a week later. But at the end of 2021, well-known whistleblower Ishan Agarwal also hurriedly disclosed the configuration details of the Indian version of the Galaxy S21 FE model’s chipset and storage combination.

First of all, the Indian version of Galaxy S21 FE will use Samsung’s own Exynos 2100 chipset instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Secondly, the high and low configuration versions respectively use the 8GB RAM + 128 / 256GB ROM storage combination. For reference, the global model starts with 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM.

In terms of color, the Indian version of Galaxy S21 FE is expected to be available in white, purple, olive green, graphite black and other options, which will be unveiled in January 2022. It is speculated that the remaining specifications are consistent with the global version.

It is said that the Galaxy S21 FE uses a 6.4-inch AM OLED screen that supports a high refresh rate of 120Hz. The resolution is 2340×1080 (FHD+), the pixel density is 401 PPI, and it is supplemented by Corning Gorilla Protective Glass.

According to different sales regions, Galaxy S21 FE will have a version equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 / Exynos 2100 chipset. Supports 5G/4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2 + dual-band Wi-Fi, GPG positioning, NFC, and USB-C charging/data ports.

In terms of software, the machine is expected to be pre-installed with OneUI 3.1 customized based on Android 11. In terms of taking pictures, Galaxy S21 FE has a 32MP @ Infinity-O punched selfie camera on the front.
