Summer Games Fest 2022 will feature an unveiling Livestream hosted by Geoff Keighley, featuring events from the world’s premier game developers and publishers.
The 2022 Summer Game Festival was officially announced for the first time in early December last year, and this time an hour after E3 announced that 2022 would be live-streamed online, Geoff Keighley immediately tweeted to remind fans that the Summer Game Festival would also return.
It is worth mentioning that Geoff Keighley was one of the organizers of the original E3, and then ended his partnership with E3 in early 2020. According to speculation, Geoff Keighley may be dissatisfied with E3’s efforts to open the event to celebrities and the public.
Geoff Keighley then started the Summer Games Festival, a small four-month event run by independent publishers, developers and groups. In 2021, the Summer Games Festival is shortened to a month in June, but it has an official launch event and a larger partner showcase and reveals.
