The PC version of God of War has been well received after its release. Players have praised the game’s excellent performance, but some players have encountered some problems. Some players say they are experiencing out-of-memory errors, even on high-end PCs.
After Sony’s investigation, it was found that these PCs were all using 12th generation Intel CPUs with integrated graphics, and disabling the integrated graphics was an effective solution to this problem. The Experimental option on Steam now offers a fix, giving players a more desirable solution.
Players right-click God of War in their Steam library and select Properties from the options menu that pops up. Click on Beta on the left and select the Experimental option from the drop-down menu.
Sony says there may be some instability with this option, but it’s helpful for players to use this option to better solve their problems. According to the feedback, the patch is effective for some players, but some people still have problems with the game and hope that Sony will provide a more comprehensive repair patch soon.
