The indiscretion on the OnePlus timeline for smartphones expected during the first part of the year comes from Yogesh Brar, usually a reliable insider and the same one who “confirmed” the Global release period of the new 10 Pro model. below you will find all the details on the upcoming releases of the brand (obviously to be taken as simple rumors, up to official confirmation).

  • February 2022: during this month we will have the launch in India of the Nord 2 CE model, although for now it is not known when it will arrive in Europe. However, for us the debut of the Nord N20 would be expected, a mid-range smartphone of which traces have been lost after the first leaks.
  • March 2022: As previously anticipated, we should have the launch of OP 10 Pro Global, in India and Europe (mid or late month).
  • April 2022: the month of April should be particularly intense for fans, due to the arrival of the unified system between OnePlus and OPPO, based on Android 12.

This last point is the most uncertain: after the merger with OPPO, the parent company announced the arrival of a unified system that would take the best from both OxygenOS and ColorOS. There are no precise details and it is not known whether the two names will actually be maintained (and only the inside of the software will change).

However, this process should have already begun with the Chinese launch of the OnePlus 10 Pro, although it remains to be seen how this will all be reflected in the Global market. To conclude, the insider reports that during these months (therefore between February and April) there will also be new smart TVs, TWS earphones and even a headband solution equipped with ANC.
