Mozilla is pushing another bug fix update for its Firefox browser. Improvements had already been made last week, and distribution for version 96.0.3 is now beginning.
That update fixes an issue that caused some telemetry data to be unexpectedly sent for searching. This problem only occurred very rarely, but not only with Firefox for the desktop but also with the Android browser.
The update for Firefox 96.0.3 is now available via the browser’s integrated update function and can be downloaded from the website.
