The news leaked by the well-known leaker Digital Chat Station reveals the characteristics of the battery of the 12 Ultra, the next top of the range signed by Xiaomi. The papabile future flagship – whose leaked news about a dizzying photographic sector had already given us hope – would seem to have taken a step forward compared to the fast charging support of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra predecessor.
Xiaomi looks to the future by letting itself also be inspired by the successes from the past: the next 12 Ultra, according to the latest rumors, could support 120W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
A speed identical to that of the old Mi 10 Ultra and the current 12 Pro; in short, a step forward compared to the previous Mi 11 Ultra, which with fast charging had stopped at “only” 67W. But the news does not end there: it seems, in fact, that the battery will have a capacity of 4,860 mAh, slightly larger than that seen onboard the Xiaomi 12 Pro.
Between the hypothesis of a particular design and many specifications yet to be discovered, we just have to wait for further news to find out more about this potential super flagship; in the meantime, we point out that Xiaomi itself has “confirmed” the existence of a 12 Ultra model.
