Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is an incredibly huge success for Ubisoft and as a result, the title is getting more support than other installments in the series. But you had one last yearlucrativegood idea at Ubisoft.
According to Bloomberg, an expansion has been canceled and is now being developed into a new game. This part should be a little smaller and focus on Basim. It’s like a big DLC but as a new game.
And since Ubisoft already has everything, we don’t have to wait long for the new Assassin’s Creed, it should come as early as late 2022 or early 2023. Also, it’s a good stopgap until the 2024 Infinity project is done.
Bloomberg: Ubisoft has turned an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla expansion into a standalone title last year, featuring Basim and a smaller scope than usual mainline AC titles
