Samsung has not only used today’s Unpacked event for a new Galaxy S series, but also for a new Galaxy Tab S series. And in 2022 we’re getting an ultra tablet flagship for the first time, which has even more to offer.
The specifications and pictures have been circulating in the last few days and weeks and the notch was already known. You can find them at the end of the post, but we’ll start with what should interest you most: prices and dates.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series: prices and date
The new Galaxy Tab S8 series can be pre-ordered from Samsung’s online shop starting today and will then be available in Germany from February 25th. And if you are pre-order by February 24th, you’ll get the Galaxy Book Cover Keyboard (of course matching the respective version) for free.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+ come in Pink Gold, Graphite, Silver (all versions come in these colors) and the Ultra model come in Graphite only.

Another note: the S8 has a fingerprint sensor on the side and the S8+ has it under the display (as this is currently only possible with OLED).
