Slow and short battery life, that finally seems to be history. The only Wear OS 3 watch cuts an extremely fine figure. Samsung hadn’t commented on the last update regarding the battery, but the Galaxy Watch 4 seems to have more on the box than ever.
You can at least read that in various forums. Some users are pleased that their Galaxy Watch 4 has been able to do without a power outlet for even longer since the last major update. And I would confirm that because I have had very similar experiences.
I had already written in my test report that the battery life was surprising. I might only need to plug the Galaxy Watch 4 in every other day, even though it’s equipped with Wear OS. Even if you don’t use the watch, the battery consumption remains extremely low and you don’t necessarily have to go to the charging station during this time. In fact, since updating to Wear OS 3.2, I’ve never had that “empty again” feeling.
Nevertheless, experiences can of course vary, so feel free to leave yours in the comments below the post. But I was pleasantly surprised right from the start and since the last update I’m even happier. I wouldn’t have expected that from a Wear OS smartwatch.
