Android 13 does not yet reveal all the new features that are exciting for us end users. A few are already visible in the first preview.
The first developer preview of Android 13 was released a few days ago. This is a preview of the next Android, primarily intended for developers. However, this means everyone.
App developers and also manufacturers. At this point, Google is only revealing a basic part of the planned innovations. So there’s a lot more to come. Nevertheless, it is exciting to see what innovations are in Android 13 so early on.
For example, Google has revised some areas of the system again. For example the “Media Output Picker” or the notification for currently playing media.
The tile in the quick settings for a QR code reader can already be found, although not yet usable. So there are already a few changes to discover, which you can do in great detail in the following video.
Another video appeared a little later, which also shows so-called “hidden features”. In other words, what you can currently only unlock or see with tricks or developer know-how.
