Interestingly, the Windows community has just done a miracle – user fresh shared a set of pictures on Reddit showing the Windows 11 operating system up and running on the OnePlus 6T McLaren Special Edition.
While running Windows on an Android smartphone is nothing new, installing, booting, and running the latest Windows 11 operating system on a OnePlus 6T is pretty exciting. From the real photos, Windows 11’s optimization for touch screens is also quite in place. Of course, you don’t expect how good the actual performance will be.
On the other hand, trying to run Android apps on the Windows 11 operating system is still a little awkward. As it turns out, this is mostly related to the lack of processor support.
Windows 11 is currently in public preview of Android apps for some US users, the partner app store is the Amazon Appstore, and comes with a set of system requirements — meaning not all devices can run Android apps on PC.
