The concept behind the iPhone SE 2022 is always the same, the same on which the predecessor launched in 2020 was based. Only in the meantime, two years have passed, and therefore Apple’s choice becomes even more radical. The new inexpensive iPhone, just presented by Cupertino during the Peek Performance event (which we are following live ), still has the appearance of an iPhone 8.
The one aged the same day as the presentation, when iPhone X was also unveiled. And then the bezels around the display are back, but also the historic Home button which includes the welcome Touch ID (convenient in time of masks).
But if the iPhone SE 2022 does not change on the surface, a latest-generation heart beats under the body, namely the A15 Bionic chip of the iPhone 13.
