The Slickdeals forum broke the news that the offer is mainly for old Samsung customers who are reluctant to give up their old devices easily, even if the phone has a cracked screen.
Specifically, old users of Samsung Galaxy S or Note series smartphones in the United States can enjoy a repair and replacement service for as little as $100 when the front screen is cracked (or otherwise damaged).
With reference to the actual cost and market quotations, such benefits are quite attractive. Unfortunately, the more expensive Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip series of folding screen smartphones are not covered by this promotion.
