One UI 4.1 update rolled out for the original Galaxy Fold

Samsung Galaxy Fold 5G is powered by the Qualcomm SDM855 Snapdragon 855 Octa-core (1×2.84 GHz Kryo 485 + 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 485 + 4×1.78 GHz Kryo 485) processor. The smartphone comes with a 7.3 inches Dynamic AMOLED capacitive touchscreen and 1536 x 2152 pixels resolution.

The rear camera consists of a 12 MP (wide) + 12 MP (telephoto) + 16 MP (ultrawide) lenses sensor. The front camera has a 10 MP (wide) + 8 MP (wide) sensor. The phone’s sensors include Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer.

The smartphone is fueled by a Non-removable Li-Po 4235 mAh battery + Fast battery charging 15W + Fast wireless charging 15W + Power bank/Reverse wireless charging 9W. The phone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie). The Samsung Galaxy Fold 5G comes in different colors like Space Silver and Cosmos Black. It features a 3.1, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector.

After the dozens of devices received One UI 4.1 update now time the original Galaxy Fold/5G grabs this opportunity. As of now, the One UI 4.1 update is available to Galaxy Fold LTE (SM-F900F) and Galaxy Fold 5G (SM-F907B) customers in France and the UK, respectively. The update has firmware number F90xxXXU6HVC6.

The new software update also includes the March 2022 security patch.

Owners of the Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Fold 5G can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.

Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you to download it over WIFI so that you will not face any errors.
