YouTube is currently testing a feature with a handful of channels and users that you probably already know from other social networks. It’s about emojis that you can send at certain times in the video. Other users see these timed reactions anonymously and thus get a sense of whether something is well or badly received.
This experiment was already done last year with timed comments and probably collected positive feedback. Let’s see how the first test with the emojis goes.
