According to iDropNews, citing sources, Apple may equip the M2 MacBook Air with a unique notch. Last week, the site received a spy photo of the M2 MacBook Air, showing it may have a white screen notch. It remains to be seen how well Apple laptop users will accept this.
iDropNews did not share the spy photo from last week, at the request of a source. However, dozens of renderings/concept designs circulating on the Internet have revealed a notch similar to the MacBook Pro.
A few months ago, it was reported that Apple would deliberately differentiate entry/high-end MacBook models in some cases. As for why the bangs are changed to white, it remains to be officially clarified by Apple.
From a personal subjective point of view, some friends may not want to face such a result. However, it is foreseeable that the M2 MacBook Air is expected to increase the screen from 13.3 inches to 13.6 inches, supplemented by an ultra-thin bezel design.
If all goes well, the phone could be released sometime in September 2022. But it’s unlikely we’ll see Apple introduce Face ID for Apple Silicon MacBooks in recent years.
