Xbox Game Pass: Not just April, a new game has already been confirmed on day one in May

After the presentation of the large list of new games arriving on Xbox Game Pass in April 2022, there is no respite for subscribers to the Microsoft service. From the Jump Over the Age team, the confirmation arrives that their next title will be available in the Xbox Game Pass catalog since Day One.

The game protagonist of the announcement is Citizen Sleeper, an RPG with a strong narrative drive set in dystopian sci-fi imagery. Players will find themselves acting within the precarious confines of Erlin’s Eye, a “ruined space station hosting thousands of survivors on the fringes of an interstellar capitalist society.”

Here, the player’s alter ego is a Sleeper, which is a human consciousness implanted in an artificial body. However, the latter is owned by Essen-Arp, an important corporate conglomerate now in decline, which is demanding its return.

From these premises, the anarchic and rebellious life of the protagonist begins, eager to take control of his own existence. Taking refuge in Erlin’s Eye station, he must every day find a way to survive and thrive within a community made up of marginalized people looking for an alternative life.

The launch date of Citizen Sleeper has been set for May 5, 2022, with the RPG arriving on Day One in the Xbox Game Pass catalog, as well as on PC (via Steam) and Nintendo Switch.
