Cyberpunk 2077 expansion is engaging most of CDPR

During the last meeting with investors, at which it presented the financial report for the last fiscal year, CD Projekt RED also confirmed that the expansion of Cyberpunk 2077 will be published in 2023.

However, there was a communication error during the presentation, with the graph on the fifth slide showing an incorrect allocation of CD Projekt RED resources.

As you can see here, the great expansion of Cyberpunk 2077 on February 28, 2022, had been assigned a rather small workforce, a detail that made fans worry about the importance given to the project by the Polish team.

Apparently, things are different. The graph shown during the meeting was incorrect and is now visible in its correct form in the presentation report, as well as at the bottom of this news for your convenience.

As you can see, the Expansion of Cyberpunk 2077 is engaging most of CD Projekt RED’s workforce. Currently, on the other projects, a smaller amount of resources is assigned: in second place on the priority scale are the new The Witcher and other projects not yet assigned, followed in order by the plans related to GWENT, the support for the basic version of Cyberpunk 2077 (reduced after the publication of the next-gen 1.5 patches), from the mobile projects of SPOKKO and finally from the resources granted to Molasses Flood, a team recently acquired and put to work on a title linked to one of the CD Projekt RED franchises.
