Xiaomi does not have enough yet, the new 12 series will soon be supplemented by a Lite model. Photos now show it in advance. Of course, these leaks are no longer particularly surprising. Smartphones that Xiaomi is planning for Europe are usually already available under different names and with small differences in China. So also with the Xiaomi 12 Lite, which will certainly come to us soon.
The latest photos, which appeared on Weibo, do not confirm previous leaks without reservation. So the display to the sides is flat and not “curved”. Even if I find this better, such displays are often not called “high-end”.
This also applies to the camera, which resolves 108 MP, but certainly lacks optical image stabilization. The power button looks a bit small, the fingerprint sensor is therefore probably in the display and thus an OLED panel would be confirmed.
Well, unfortunately, there is not much left of the first rumors. A camera with OIS has been touted to us again and again, but this does not seem to be confirmed. Too bad.
