The Sony Xperia 1 II is now getting the April 2022 update. The new security update with the designation 58.2.A.4.52 is now available for users to download.
Sony has upgraded the build version to version number 58.2.A.4.52. Again, Sony hasn’t released a changelog, so it’s difficult to figure out what has changed. It can be assumed that these are small performance improvements and bug fixes.
The update is 343.3 MB in size, so maybe turn on wifi for download this time. But of course, don’t forget to back up your personal data first!
As always, this firmware update with the April 2022 patch 58.2.A.4.52 will be distributed to users in waves, and the update should then reach all Sony Xperia 1 II users in the next few hours and days.
