As already anticipated by the dataminer for a few hours, Epic Games has announced that in the next few hours the latest update of Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 3 will be published, which will bring the battle royale to version 20.40.
The update will be preceded by short server maintenance that will start tomorrow, Tuesday 17 May 2022, at 10:00 am in the Italian time zone. As usual, matchmaking will be disabled at 9:30, so that in the 30 minutes preceding the publication of the update all the matches that have already started can be concluded and there are no abrupt interruptions of the matches.
The update in question will be of great importance, as it will contain any information relating to the end-of-season event and upcoming collaborations. In fact, we remind you that among the latest rumors we find those themed Obi-Wan Kenobi, whose skin could soon arrive in the store. As for Season 3, there are several rumors that go in different directions: some want Darth Vader as a level 100 skin and boss on the map, others speak of Jurassic Park as a seasonal theme (with the possible return of the gyrosphere) and the appearance of Peter Griffin.
